I would be using scholarly journals and scholarly articles because I need to use the most credible sources for college papers and instructors usually require scholarly or peer reviewed articles. Scholarly periodicals you can find on the academic databases if needed and are articles that are formal, technical and specialized, they also share original research and or experiments/studies rather than to entertain or inform the general public such as popular articles.
